Complete cuboid dislocation without fracture are rare injuries and there is a paucity of literature describing their management. Previous studies have reported on the use closed reduction casting, internal fixation, Kirschner wire fixation in treatment such injuries. This case report presents successful management complete healthy 42-year-old man following motorcycle accident. The was reduced stabilized using novel mini-open approach that involved distraction lateral column complex through an external fixator, followed by percutaneous to reinforce area. patient monitored for 46 months continues function limitation. highlights application construct fixator device fracture. technique presented this could offer valuable additional option physicians treating patients with these
